As a practitioner, I am especially interested in the fluid and changing nature of health; health as the ability of the body to adapt and change to the demands of its environment - involving both the external and internal environments of the individual.

Traditional Japanese Medicine is a diverse and dynamic form of medicine. Sarah's Practice reflects this principle, treating patients of all ages and conditions. From maintaining wellbeing to the treatment of stubborn & chronic issues, Sarah approaches the health of her patients with care and diligence. Sarah especially enjoys the range of patients and conditions that appear in Practice and loves working directly with the patient to improve their overall wellbeing.

Stimulating the self-healing mechanisms of the body, practices such as Japanese Needling, Meridian therapy, Moxibustion (heat therapy), Cupping, Sotai, Diet and Lifestyle recommendations all form part of a holistic and comprehensive strategy to your current state of physical and emotional health. TEAM supports people during all stages of life; Modified and refined techniques have been developed for the treatment of babies, toddlers and children, as well as other advanced techniques for adolescence and adults.
